Rough Cleaning

This phase focuses on removing the bulk of the construction mess, making the space safe and accessible for final trade work.

• Debris and Trash Removal: We remove all remaining construction materials, large debris, leftover wood, drywall scraps, and packaging from the interior.

• Initial Dust Removal: A thorough sweeping of all floors to remove major dust and dirt, preparing surfaces for subsequent, more detailed cleaning.

• Rough Window Cleaning: We remove stickers, labels, and tape residue from windows and glass doors. All window glazing is cleaned.

• Cleaning Bathrooms and Kitchen: Bathroom cabinets are cleaned inside and out. Bath tubs, showers, countertops and sinks are cleaned. Kitchen countertops are cleaned and cabinets are cleaned inside and out. All plastic removed from bathroom and kitchen cabinets.

Final Cleaning

The intensive  cleaning of the entire property.

• Dust Removal (High to Low): We dust all surfaces from top to bottom, including ceiling fans, light fixtures,  doors and door frames, window ledges, and trim.

• Baseboards and Trim: Spot-cleaning baseboards and trim to remove minor scuffs and marks, and a thorough dusting  of all baseboards and trim.

• Cabinetry: All built-in cabinetry, closets, and shelves are vacuumed and wiped down.

• Doors and Frames: Detail cleaning of all door handles, locks, and the interior frames of windows and sliding doors.

• Deep Floor Cleaning: Specialized cleaning based on the flooring type:

  • Hardwood/Tile: Sweeping and mopping.

  • Carpet: Vacuuming to remove dust and fibers.

 Touch ups and Closing Cleans

This phase adds the final touch, as needed,  and ensures the property is clean and ready for closing walk.

• Final Floor Cleaning: A final pass on all hard floors to remove any footprints or residual dust, leaving a streak-free, polished finish.

• Sanitizing Fixtures: Cleaning all plumbing fixtures, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, and shower enclosures in bathrooms and kitchens.

• Appliance Detailing: Thorough cleaning of the new appliances like refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves.

• Final Walkthrough: A final inspection with the builder to ensure every detail meets the standards of cleanliness before the project is considered complete.

• Exterior Pressure Washing: Deep cleaning of exterior walkways, patios, driveways, and building facades to remove concrete dust, dirt, and mud. 

• Awning Cleaning and Metal Roof Cleaning: Specialized cleaning for new or existing awnings affected by construction dust. 

• Window Touch up Cleaning: Touch up cleaning of windows for closing or at models.

• Carpet Shampooing/Steam Cleaning: Deep extraction cleaning of new or existing carpets to remove deeply embedded construction dust and odors.

• Tile Grout cleaning: Deep cleaning of grout.

• Threshold cleaning: Cleaning and polishing of thresholds.

• Upholstery Cleaning: Cleaning of upholstery and furniture at models.

• Sweep Out and Site Trash Pick up: On frame, Pre and Post drywall sweep out. Lot/Site and subdivision trash pick up. Sweep out and trash pick up to spruce up job site and community.
• Signage Cleaning: Subdivision entrance and Sales signage cleaning.
• Subdivision Streets and Common Area Sidewalk Pressure Washing: After heavy rains, winds and storms , there is emergency clean up.
• Tub and Shower Surface Repair: Repair of damage to tub and shower surfaces during construction.
